Frequently asked questions
Your questions, our answers
During the first meeting, one of our lawyers takes the time to listen to your situation in detail. We analyse what is at stake, identify the points requiring attention and present the various strategies available to you. This initial discussion, lasting around an hour, lays the foundations for a relationship of trust.
Yes, we work across the whole of France. While our firm has been established in Lyon since 1932, our lawyers regularly appear before courts throughout the country. For matters with an international dimension, we rely on our GESICA network, which brings together more than 2,200 lawyers.
We mainly advise companies, from start-ups to family-owned groups, as well as their directors. SMEs, mid-sized companies, regulated professions, healthcare professionals: our multidisciplinary approach allows us to serve a wide range of profiles with the same level of rigour.
That is precisely our strength. With lawyers covering a broad range of practice areas, we build a tailored team for each client. A single point of contact coordinates the whole engagement and ensures a consistent strategy, whether you need advice on corporate law, tax support or defence in litigation.
Our fees are set transparently at the outset of each engagement. Depending on the nature of the matter, we offer a fixed fee, an hourly rate or a success fee. A fee agreement is always provided before any work begins, so that you have full visibility on costs.
